About the Event
Join local trainer AnnaLena with Pound Fitness for a fun and energizing full-body workout designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and boost your overall fitness. This class will focus on bodyweight exercises along with optional equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, agility ladders, and cones to keep things engaging and effective.
Participants can expect a welcoming, supportive environment with modifications available for different fitness levels.
Recommended Ages: All fitness levels welcome
What to Bring: Water bottle, exercise/yoga mat if you have one (mats will also be available but also limited)
What to Expect: Strength training, light cardio, mobility work, and a great community atmosphere.
