**Participants are encouraged to bring draft copies of their resume and cover letter.**

Leann Ellis moved to Marion in 2020 and is a retired community college administrator and professor of Speech Communication. Her educational background includes a doctorate from The University of Texas in Educational Administration with a specialization in Community College Leadership; Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Speech Communication from Texas Tech University; and, an Associate of Arts degree in Speech and Drama from South Plains College.
